Infotainment Issue

Car is good.... but infotainment issue is there... Suddenly after three years touch is not working.... generally there should not be an issue with infotainment, but when I visited center, they checked the issue and told there is no issue of water or anything, it is just an electric thing and it needs to be replaced ... as a goodwill gesture we will give 50% discount, but still you need to pay 25k, if this is an issue from there side, Why I need to pay... if issue comes for 1% car , I can agree but Aman Kia hinjewadi service manager itself told, 5 cars out of 20 are facing this issue in their a

The size fits the best for a metropolitan city as it can easily adjust in any narrow roads also not compramising it's road presence.
