It's hardly been a month and i have had several complaints. Car was not locking after couple of days. The right-side mirror wouldn't close, have to shell 20k to fix it. Bad Purchase, Made in India EVs are much better. Being a Vietnamese company, don't know how long they are going to survive with sub par Cars. The only pro were the interiors.
Buying experience was good, no drama. The best part of the vehicle is it is a no nonsense car which when you drive puts a smile on your face. Looks wise it is simple and I like it, performance is much much much better than my previous beasts ford ecosport (sold) and MG Windsor(my mother goes for work with driver now), enough power can’t ask for more frugality. Till now I have driven 4400 kms and I am very happy with the vehicle.
The VF6 looks modern and feels structurally robust, but as a family vehicle, it fails. The jerky power delivery, uncomfortable rear seating, software-dependent ergonomics, and unproven service network make it an expensive gamble that is simply not ready for prime time. VinFast heavily markets 3 years of free charging, but this is only valid at their proprietary V-Green network. With barely over 100 functional chargers across the entire subcontinent, the feature is practically useless on a road trip.
This car is the best value for money under 21 lacs and has the biggest battery and the best quality of components used in it. This car is very reliable as it comes from the VinFast group.
