Hyundai Alcazar a bad option

Buying was good, driving goes nice until engine malfunctioning indicator blinks, that too happens very often; the average in the city is between 8 to 12 km/l, on the highway, it's 12 and 16 km/l. Service is not too costly but ok.

Excellent Family Tourer – 3,078 km South India Expedition Tested

Completed 10,000 km on my Alcazar Diesel AT, including a 3,078 km South India road trip. Excellent performance, 14 km/l average, superb comfort, powerful AC, great night visibility, and effortless ghat driving. Reached Mandalpatti (4,050 ft) fully loaded without issues. Reliable, comfortable, and highly recommended for family touring.

Underrated gem

I bought my Alcazar 6 months back from a pre-owned showroom. I was confused between Creta, Clavis and Alcazar. But the Alcazar was simply better looking than the other two, and performance and features were almost the same. Alcazar has slightly more features, actually, than the Creta, like the digital key, which is so useful. Alcazar is I would say, a perfect all-rounder, as it is sporty as well as comfort-oriented. Very good for city use and perfect for the highway, as it delivers good performance and decent mileage.

The biggest thing I liked is the balance. It gives a luxury feel, strong road presence, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, smooth automatic gearbox, Bose sound system, and a very comfortable cabin, but at the same time, it is still easy to drive in city traffic and tight parking spaces. Ride quality is excellent for Indian roads. Even in traffic and rough pa
